Our team assists community Presidents and owners in managing annual and extraordinary general meetings, ensuring legal compliance with the Horizontal Property Law and making changes to bylaws and regulations. We provide a unique service by managing meetings in both Spanish and English, recording minutes, and acting as proxies for absent owners. Our priority is to ensure that resolutions are implemented efficiently and promptly.

We maintain custody of all community documents, including internal records, contracts with third parties, and legally required documents. We also guarantee compliance with safekeeping regulations outlined in the Condominium Act and the Horizontal Property Law.

Apart from offering regular community management services, we possess significant expertise in overseeing unique projects, such as the procurement and setup of new communal amenities, and guaranteeing the completion of significant renovation and repair tasks.

Our team represents communities in negotiations with insurers, service providers, and contractors who provide community services, including gardeners, repairmen, painters, constructors, electricians, security companies, and utility companies. We also oversee the provision of contracted services to ensure they are in the best interest of the community. If a community has employees we can assist with meeting payroll, labor, and employment requirements.

Our comprehensive accounting and financial services guarantee that your community's accounts are well-maintained. We can handle the collection of community fees, create the annual budget, quarterly statements, and yearly reports, and oversee expenses and payments to prevent any discrepancies at the end of the fiscal year.

Through our partnership with BF Solicitors, our communities can access legal compliance services without any extra charges (as per our service contract). BF Solicitors also have expertise in resolving various legal matters, including debt recovery, representing communities in court or before municipal bodies, providing contract advice, and amending community bylaws.
