Full property management services

Tax and regulatory compliance
Our clients can take advantage of complete compliance and filing services for all property taxes, such as council tax, non-resident owner tax, wealth taxes, capital gains tax, income, and land transfer taxes, through our partnership with BF Solicitors. Furthermore, they can provide guidance on regulatory compliance and property-related issues for our clients.
Property Inspections
We provide various options to meet your needs, and every inspection is accompanied by a comprehensive report. Any incidents will be promptly reported, and we will follow your instructions and provide on-site solutions to resolve any issues efficiently. Non-Resident Owners
Our team of property managers is proficient in Spanish, English, Italian, and French. They have a proven record of helping non-resident property owners with renting their properties. We strive to offer our clients the best service and transparency, recognizing the significance of having access to their property during our service period.
Basic Keyholding
We offer a key holding service that involves securely holding your keys and only releasing them with your prior instruction and proof of ID from the person collecting them. Keys can be picked up during normal working hours from Monday to Friday. If you require additional services such as property visits or damage repairs, we can provide them at an extra cost based on your specific needs. You will only pay for the services you require at the time.
Additional Services
In addition to our key holding and home visit services, we offer a range of other services including repairs, awning and air-conditioning installation, alarm system installation, electrical and plumbing work, carpentry, and general improvements.
